- Design and build your website based on our agreement

- Late payments may delay project timelines
Website Ownership
Let's be clear about who owns what:
- You own your content (text, images you provide, etc.)
- You own your source code when the project is finished or final payment has been made
- For hosted sites, you maintain the right to transfer your content elsewhere
Our Quality Promise
We take pride in our work and promise to:
- Deliver services that meet professional standards
- Apply reasonable care and skill
- Make corrections to errors at no extra charge
- Complete projects as outlined in our agreement
However, we can't guarantee specific business outcomes (like increased sales or rankings).
Limitations
A few reasonable boundaries:
- We're not responsible for third-party services (like payment processors)
- We're not liable for losses beyond our reasonable control
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us
- We don't offer refunds for completed work
Project Changes
Sometimes plans change. When they do:
- Revisions are included in our packages as specified
- Major changes may require additional costs
- We'll always discuss changes with you before proceeding
Termination
Either of us can end our agreement if:
- Either party significantly fails to meet obligations
- Written notice is provided
- Payment remains overdue after reasonable notice
If you terminate early, you'll be responsible for work completed up to that point.
Dispute Resolution
If issues arise, we prefer to solve them through friendly conversation rather than formal proceedings. If needed, disputes will be resolved according to the laws of Washington state.
Updates to These Terms
