Agreement Scope
These terms apply to all design, development, and support services delivered by solidduck.
Service Delivery
- Work is delivered according to agreed project scope and milestones.
- Timelines depend on timely feedback and content delivery from the client.
- Changes outside approved scope may require revised planning.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate project details and required assets.
- Review deliverables and provide feedback within agreed windows.
- Maintain rights to all provided text, media, and trademarks.
Ownership
Upon completion and settlement of agreed invoices, clients retain ownership of final approved deliverables unless otherwise noted in writing.
Payments
Payment schedules, milestones, and terms are defined in each project proposal or service agreement.
Liability
solidduck is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to fees paid for the applicable scope of services.
Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. Fees for completed work remain payable.
Changes to Terms
Terms may be updated periodically. The most current version will remain available on this page.
